Shipping policy

We will do our absolute best to deliver Tsunami Surfer products to you speedily. All orders will be fulfilled & dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, or on the next business day. 

LARGER items eg. suitcases, require a higher shipping fee.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping on some items eg. surfboards, bodyboards, skateboards and umbrellas, only pick up from our store located in Nelson Bay.   

If your item arrives damaged, or with damaged packaging please notify Tsunami Surfer within the same day of receipt of delivery via email at tsunamisurfer@bigpond.net.au

We offer free local delivery (within 15km radius of Nelson Bay). We also have click and collect for contactless pick up from Tsunami Surfer, 10 Stockton Street Nelson Bay. 

Delivery time frames are provided as a guide only. Once the order has been placed in the hands of the postal service we can no longer control the speed in which your item will move at, and the ETA of the order is governed by this service. 

We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
