We will only collect personal information from you with the objective of fulfilling our obligation to supply you information pertaining to your order with Tsunami Surfer (Simon Law Tsunami Surfer Pty Ltd), or to supply you with information about new Tsunami Surfer products. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to perform our obligation to you. 

We will protect your personal information with security safeguards against loss or theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification.

SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your credit card data when choosing a direct payment gateway. The purchase data is only kept as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). After your transaction is complete the information is deleted.
