Refund policy

To start an online return, you can contact us at tsunami@bigpond.net.au - as a small business we prefer to contact you directly to find a solution. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage back of faulty or damaged products, when we confirm the products are faulty or damaged we will refund the purchase price and the shipping cost for the return. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms or personal care goods (such as sunscreen) due to health regulations. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We only offer refunds on faulty products, not change of mind. For online returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method plus the postage cost incurred to send back to Tsunami Surfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges
The product must be returned new, unworn, with tags attached and in original store condition within 14 days of purchase WITH THE RECEIPT. For online exchanges, the product must also be returned with the original packaging and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Tsunami Surfer.
